Kindly, read the following points before using the Drug-DL server:

  1. Currently, you can submit more than one drugs to a server in one of the following formats SMILES (?), or DrugBank IDs (?) each entry has to be separated by a new line. You can also provide a common name or any PubChem valid synonyms of a drug to retrieve its SMILE structure for further analysis, but you can only enter one drug name.

  • Per request 10 entries are allowed. Rest are ignored.
  • Each new entry has to be separated by a new line. (In case of SMILES, and DrugBank ID)
